You must be a member to reside in the Park. All Park property owners automatically have a Park membership. It goes with the property. A membership is not transferable. When property ownership changes the membership stays with the property for the new owner.

Only one membership goes with each property owner. If you own several properties you will still only have one Park Membership. Membership does not include annual dues.

There are no private property time share schemes allowed. The properties are zoned for single family occupancy. All renters must purchase a membership to rent in the Park and must abide by all the State, County, municipality and Park laws, rules and regulations.

A membership can be revoked for serious infractions of any of the State, County, Municipality or Park laws, rules and regulations governing conduct within the park and tending to impugn the reputation of the park and its residents as a whole.

Road fees will also be assessed and collected annually on each lot within the Park boundaries for the sole purpose of maintaining and improving the roads. Roads are defined as that portion of land used as a Right of Way within the width and length of the said road. These costs may be added and incorporated into the membership dues.

Day, week and monthly use fees are available for non resdents. Special rates will be given to persons using the Park property for gatherings like family re-unions, business parties etc. Naturist rules apply to the special use considerations.

Renters may pay charges at 1/2 on a six month basis.

Visitor and Park Resident Guest Day Charges

$9.00 per day per individual person including $1.00 daily membership charge.
$15.00 per day per couple [male - female] including $2.00 daily membership charge.
$4.00 per day per child to 18 years of age.
All children must be accompanied by parent or responsible adult over 21 years old.
If not accompanied by a parent a signed and dated parental authorization must be provided.
$20.00 per Family per day including daily membership charge.

Owners/Park Management reserves the right to alter any and all charges and amenities at any time in their sole discretion. The facilities offered are part of a residential naturist community and not considered a resort. Community rules and regulations apply. Nudity is required whenever reasonably possible.
