There are horeshoe pits, volley ball, a screen room, rest room and showers, BBQ,
bonfire pit, picnic tables and soon to be petanque area.

There are a couple of lots being offered in this release located right at the tree line and
back up into the woods. Behind the treeline is mostly cleared of underbrush. Walk to the
Beach House in 3 minutes along the common open area.

Another view of the lake side lots tree line. The lake is normally 10' -12' deeper, but a
two year drought has taken it down a bit. Afternoon showers are beginning to fill it back
up again. The two Sand Hill Cranes are now resident here.
